The determination of steps
1. Test the weight m1 of an empty stainless steel measuring cup
2. Plug the funnel with a stick and weigh some powder into the funnel
3. Unplug the plug and leave the powder free downstairs until it completely overflows the measuring cup
4. Use a stainless steel ruler to level off any excess powder in the measuring cup and weigh the cup and powder to m2
5. Calculate the powder deposition density according to the formula: =(m2-m1)/V remark: V corrected volume of measuring cylinder, 100cm3.
Note: The difference between the maximum and minimum dust mass value obtained from three consecutive measurements should be less than 1g, and the average value of three measurements meeting the requirements should be taken as the measurement result.
